The Jane Kluis Japanese Red Pine is a deliberate cross of Pinus densiflora and Pinus thunbergii. (Red and Black Pine). It is a dwarf, globose selection of hybrid pine with straight, rigid, forest green colored needles and prominent white buds. The needles remain forest green throughout the winter.
