Tree of a Thousand Stars is aptly named for its abundent white flowers. The Japonica has somewhat elongated spoon shaped, shiny green leaves. It is a twiggy tree that grows tighter with shearing. This northern Chinese Serissa has small white trumpet shaped blossoms and is trained into a pleasing cloud form with a full upright canopy. Exposed gnarled roots and twisted trunk give the appearance of greater age. Provide ample natural light indoors.
