Sasanqua Camellias are native to Japan and China and bear profusions of flowers in late fall and early winter depending on their location. Flowers are 1 1/2" plus in diameter and come in single and semi-double petal arrangements. Even when not in bloom the sasanquas make a statement with their beautiful glossy, rich green leaves. The evergreen leaves are about 1" long and 1" wide. Keep cool in winter.
