The Weeping Japanese Red Pine bears long, stiff, pale green needles on pendulous branches. A two needled species. The bark on young branches is orange-red and exfoliating, providing a nice foil for the green needles. On the right side of the image is a Japanese Black Pine growing from the understock below the graft. Hardy. Keep outdoors.
