Flowering Camellia Sasanqua Bonsai Tree

Camellias are native to eastern and southern Asia and represent longevity and faithfulness and have long been a primary floral component in Asian weddings. This Camellia is known for its beautiful flowers and long blooming season. Hot pink flowers, 2"-3" across, Semi-Double bloom in abundance with golden yellow stamen in the center and glossy dark green foliage. The Shishi Gashira Camellia is slow growing and is often called a dwarf Sasanqua because it is smaller growing than typical Sasanquas. These trees can tolerate a light frost, however it is best to keep them out of freezing temperatures for long periods of time.
